With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and with her specialisation in Pilates, postural and body conditioning, Gloria created her own method and approach to body movement.

She got rid of the concept of "no pain no gain" and she is spreading awareness about the importance of taking care of our body from the inside, paying attention to the posture, the muscles, the joints, helping the body to improve its strength, mobility and general health. Her mission is to give the best care possible to every single person she works with, personalising, creating and modifying the workout to meet everyone's needs. Every body is different, every person is different and unique, and Gloria believes that being flexible and open-minded (while being strict to the foundation of a correct movement) is the key to be a good teacher.

She is strongly passionate about women's health for which she is a huge advocate, and she is a Pre and Post Natal Specialist. If you want to know more about this and about what she offers, check the menu "Centre for Women's Wellness" (under "The Fusion Method").
She teaches several workshops about pelvic health and she has been part of the very first cohort of teachers learning about how to use pilates to help people suffering with endometriosis (with A.P.P.I.).
She is also very knowledgeable around menstrual health, hormones and menopause, two things she always take into consideration when training her clients, students and patients.

After a decade building up her career (and family!) in London, she has recently moved to Florence, Italy, for love (of her husband!).

Given her 15 years of experience working professionally in the dance industry, she has also created her own approach to barre pilates, one of the current fitness trends: putting together her expertise both in Dance and in Fitness, she created FitBarre Pilates, a great option for who wants to move and to add some cardio to their workout without missing the meticulous attention to a good posture and a correct alignment. She presented it at Move It in London (ExCeL) in 2018 (while 6 months pregnant with her first child) and she has been invited to take over "Fit&Well Magazine" Instagram page in June 2020 to teach a live class.
