I’m a “movement lover” and I think that everything comes from a good alignment
and that a good posture is our home and happy place.
Pilates, as well as any kind of Postural Workout,
is the way to find that happy place.
Pregnancy and birth, as well as postpartum, are part of the journey too: growing a baby, giving birth to that baby and allowing our body to readjust to the new post partum condition require a strong connection between mind and body, a connection that is crucial in general to live in tune with our cyclical life and our hormones, that's why I'm passionate about Women's Health.
 
We dance, we move, we follow our own rhythm every single day of our life.
