I have 15 years of experience in the industry, I've worked in different countries and I have collaborated with several businesses, studios, as well as run my own classes, both groups and private, online and in-person.

As an educator, I have a strong passion about shaping the industry and helping fellow teachers in their journey. During the pandemic I have co-founded an online support group for professionals and teachers that brought attention to me about the lack of support that there is in the pilates and fitness industry, something I've also realised over the past decade while helping new colleagues in studios and gyms to start their career.

Therefore I've now created the Teachers Support Program, a bespoke support tool that can really help you no matter what is your need.

How does it work?

Firstly, I offer an initial 30 minute video call where you can tell me all you need, the obstacles you are facing, the questions you have etc. This call has a very affordable cost (pretty much the cost of a breakfast at a cafè) and after the call you'll receive a report from me with all the things I would work on with you, my opinion about what's the best next step for you, some links to explore for you etc.

After the initial call and the report, you can decide to carry on by yourself, if you feel you already have all you needed, or you can then book a following consultation and officially start a mentorship program with me.

What the mentorship includes:

- video calls weekly (once or twice a week, 30 min or 1 h long);

- interview preparation and job hunting support;

- class observation (if you are already teaching or covering for a class, I come in person  to the class , or online if it is a zoom class, and I give you a full report after that about what to improve, what to work on, tips and ideas);

- help creating and preparing your classes; 

- help preparing your exams; 

- help sending applications for courses, masters, and help chosing the right course for you;

- help understanding taxes and the admin side of being self employed within this industry;

- more bespoke help depending what you need!

The cost of the membership is £150 monthly and you can decide to renovate it every month with no subscriptions and no obligations. The cost includes 4 meetings, that can be split between video calls, class observations, etc. Should you need more than 4 coaching meetings, there is the chance to add more for £50 each.

Do you need some support but can't commit to the full membership?

I also run a group support coaching program: much more affordable and less tailored, but still a very useful tool! You can weekly meet other fellow teachers in similar situations, share the struggles and get support and some coaching from me. The cost for the "Teachers Collective" is £50 monthly, again with no subscriptions and no obligations.
