Antenatal Support

Gloria offers both physical and emotional support. 

​

As a pre and post natal movement specialist she can support you from the very beginning of the pregnancy, helping you staying healthy and strong, calming any pain or discomfort and getting ready for birth. A pregnant woman is encouraged to stay active, but at the same time we need to embrace the natural changes of the body, protecting our baby's "home". That's why it is really important to pay attention to the mother's wishes and to her needs equally. Gloria's prenatal movement (pilates and postural based) classes are also full of tips to prepare you for the postpartum phase too.

As a doula she can help you navigating this new world, pointing you to the right direction when you need specific helps, and delivering antenatal birth preparation workshops. She can also support you in many different ways such as coming with you to doctor's appointments if you need someone with you.

Gloria has also trained as an Antenatal Educator.
